Full time staff (minimum of 1500 hours per year) who successfully complete
a 90-day Introductory Period are offered the following employer paid benefit
package the first of the following month.

Beanstalk is committed to providing excellence in all of it's programs. Staff are hired who can fulfill this mission. School age programs operate under Department of Social Services, Title 22 staffing requirements. All Sliding fee and free Beanstalk Preschools operate according to California Department of Education, Child Development Division guidelines and Title 5 regulations. These regulations require that staff be on the Child Development Permit matrix at whatever level is necessary for a particular job assignment. Refer to www.cde.ca.gov for further explanation of these requirements. Other jobs are available within the agency which are not under governmental regulations and have stand-alone job requirements.
