Child Development Program Teacher

Part time through April 30, 2018, 24 hours per week
$18.10 per hour + mileage reimbursement

AA/AS Degree in Early Care and Education or Human Development
2 years experience in Center or Family Child Care Home
Valid CA Driver License, Registered and Insured Vehicle Required
Knowledge of Title 5 Program Requirements preferred.

Duties Include;
Child Assessments, Curriculum Planning, Parent Education and Conferences, Provider Training and Technical Assistance, Traveling to Individual Sites, Managing a Caseload, Maintaining Case Files.

SUBSTITUTE PRESCHOOL INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT

$11.55 per hour: 10 month school year: part-time morning and afternoon shifts, Monday-Friday, with sick leave. Preferred experience working with preschoolers.

School age programs operate under Department of Social Services, Title 22 staffing requirements. All Sliding fee and free Beanstalk Preschools operate according to California Department of Education, Child Development Division guidelines and Title 5 regulations. These regulations require that staff be on the Child Development Permit matrix at whatever level is necessary for a particular job assignment. Refer to www.cde.ca.gov for further explanation of these requirements. Other jobs are available within the agency which are not under governmental regulations and have stand-alone job requirements.
